5 Things to do Before You Get Out of Bed

Just five things everyone should do each day before getting out of bed.

1. Express gratitude. It's a new day, be grateful for that.
2. Set you intentions for the day. Make sure you know what you want to accomplish that day, whether it be something small like doing to dishes or something big like paying bills.
3. Smile for no reason. Loosen up your muscles, but at the same time, smiling releases endorphins which makes you happier.
4. Forgive yesterday's mistakes. What's the point of holding on to yesterday's anger or sadness? It's a new day so don't let the mistakes of yesterday dictate today.
5. Take 5 deep breaths. Get ready for an awesome day.
