How to be the best version of you in 2015!

New year, new beginnings.
Time to start over.
Time to become a better or even best version of you.
But how exactly do you do that?

Leave behind your excuses. If you keep making up excuses, you'll never be able to reach your dreams. Once you learn to stop making up excuses, you'll be able to move forward and reach your goals.

Get rid of toxic relationships. Why would you want any sort of relationship with someone or somethings that hurts you, makes you unhappy, or doesn't treat you right? Let it go. You deserve to be around people who love you so get rid of those who don't.

Stop your bad habits. Try to get rid of them. It could be a spending habit, an unhealthy diet, an obsession with technology. Whatever it is, it's important for you to enjoy your life and things around you and breaking your bad habits will help with that.

Enjoy the little things. They'll be gone soon and you'll wish you hadn't missed it. A family member's birthday or anniversary. Hanging out with your friends. The time you get to yourself to relax. Cherish it before it's gone.

Don't whine about the things you don't have and learn to appreciate what you already have. You don't need to have the newest phone or the latest trends. Look at the things around and enjoy it. Take a walk in a park. Go hiking. Donate to charity. Learn the importance of the things you have.

Procrastination. Everyone is guilty of this whether they admit it or not. Stop leaving things for the last minute. Think of it this way, the sooner you finish it, the sooner you can relax and do whatever you want. Don't let things hang over you head.
